110 countries visited : Central Asia and 3 Caucasus

Wow, finally visited the 5 “stans” on my bucket list.

The 3 Caucasus were just “cherry on the top”

This trip was unforgiving, strenuous and needed strength more than one can imagine.

The border crossing was tedious and such a big ordeal pushing and pulling

our own pieces of luggage.

Good thing, I listened to my hubby and carried my “Away” luggage.

Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan are very interesting places

mostly with Muslim population . Huge mosques and monastery and churches crowned these places.

Most people are civil and tried to speak English . The best guide was in Turkmenistan whereby the

entry was most difficult. We had all our documents in order , thus, no issues.

Pics cannot describe the beauty of these places:

In Kazakhstan
In Kyrgyzstan
In Uzbekistan
In Tajikistan
In Turkmenistan

The 3 Caucasus countries were Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia.

Azerbaijan was the most progressive and beautiful all around

while Georgia is a wine country, and Armenia is also nice , but, I am biased to Azerbaijan because

our tour guide looked like a young Mayor Mamdani.. LOL.

In the mountains of Azerbaijan
Waterfall in Georgia
In Armenia
At the temple of Pagans in Armenia

After this adventure, I deserve a relaxing vacation with my hubby.

Yeap, we are going to an adult- all inclusive resort in Costa Rica next month

and I will join an excursion to Nicaragua for my 111st country!
