Guadeloupe- the 70th country I visited

Guadeloupe is an archipelago of more than 12 islands, as well as islets and rocks situated where the northeastern Caribbean Sea meets the western Atlantic Ocean.[4] It is located in the Leeward Islands in the northern part of the Lesser Antilles, a partly volcanic island arc. To the north lie Antigua and Barbuda and the British Overseas Territory of Montserrat, with Dominica lying to the south. (copied and pasted only)

This country reminded me of Dominica, a small island in the Caribbean with almost 100% Catholic and poverty abounds.

Guadeloupe is a French colony, like Haiti, which is also poverty-stricken.

What’s with these French colonies?

A small Hindu temple in Guadeloupe
Their best tourist spot , a waterfall, like in Dominica.
Just an outlook in the rainforest.
Tree lined street also considered a tourist spot.
