Grenada is called the spice island located in the Caribbean.

It is not frequented by storms, so we opted to celebrate Jerry’s birthday at Sandals, the

number one accommodation in Grenada.

Our room was a walk out, beachfront located a few steps from the pool and the beach.

It was the perfect spot for Jerry and me.

Although I am not very pleased with the room, I am happy with its location.

Sandals is grand , won several awards, comparable to Secrets resort.

This island has many spices: nutmeg, ginger, cocoa, cinnamon, not

very rare in my opinion.

But, the sunset is lovely!

We always had gourmet food, but, I am not very pleased at this hotel.

I think, Secrets has better food selection. Maybe they are also cutting back like everyone in the USA.

The best reason why we went to Grenada was to celebrate my hubby’s 73rd birthday.

Wait till you see what we have for our 30th wedding anniversary.

and Grenada is my 93rd country!
