Basic steps to lose weight:
Increase metabolism by eating small sizes of food , three to five times a day.
Sleep at least 7-8 hours a day.
Increase physical activity, start with walking then running at least 15 minutes to 30 minutes, three to five times a week.
Always stand up after long sessions in the computer or facebook.
Avoid white stuff: rice, flour, salt and sugar.
The darker the natural color of veggies, the better.
Avoid refined and over handled foods.
Maintain weight for years, a predictor of good health.
Obesity brings a lot of sickness especially high blood pressure and some forms of cancer.
Stay away from drama or stress or toxic people. They can infect you.
Stress is not good for our health. Release of had hormones can kill us.
Be HAPI, give/ receive hugs and kisses at least 3-5 x a week. Also contagious but better than drama.
